
<p>Empire Housing and Development Corporation has funding from the New York State Affordable Housing Corporation (AHC) to provide grants to income-eligible homeowners to assist them in making critical home improvements to single and two-family houses. </p>



<p>Work commonly completed through the Home Improvement Program will extend the useful life of homes replacing aging mechanical systems, roofs, furnace, windows and structural components to make homes safer, more energy efficient and affordable. </p>
