
<p>Empire Housing and Development Corporation has secured funding to provide grants to income-eligible homebuyers, assisting them in the rehabilitation of single and two-family houses. </p>



<p>Work commonly completed through the Purchase Rehab Program includes replacing items such as furnaces, hot water heaters, windows, roof, as well as electrical and plumbing work. </p>
